The Bill (Reg. No.2475) regulates the procedure of financing of political parties performed by the subjects of private law, secures "transparent use of funds in the period of holding of regular of extraordinary elections to The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and local self-government bodies".
The Committee members expressed certain remarks and motions concerning the Bill. Thus, its implementation requires extra expenditures from the State Budget for financing of political parties in Ukraine. However, the Bill fails to present an actual calculation of its influence on the State Budget expenditures ".
